GENEVA Matt Duchene Canada Jersey , July 12 (Xinhua) -- Global airline share prices increased, and outperformed the global equity index for a third month in a row in June, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) said Wednesday.

"The pick-up in global trade is helping to support premium passenger demand, particularly to, from and within Asia Pacific," said IATA in a statement released from Geneva.

June was also the third successive month in which global airline shares outperformed the global equity index, said IATA.

Airline shares have risen by more than 20 percent since the start of 2017 Martin St. Louis Canada Jersey , and are currently about 44 percent higher than at the same time last year.

Passenger and freight demand have both continued the strong start they have shown in 2017.

The passenger load factor remains close to an all-time high, while the freight load factor recently recovered to its highest level since July 2014.

IATA noted that although passenger yields remain around 4.5 percent lower in year-on-year terms, the latest monthly data indicate that the downward trend in yields has bottomed out.

A pick-up in global economic activity and lower airfares is supporting passenger demand, said IATA.

Dream or Redeem? Denouncing the Debate About the Usa Men's Basketball Team

Author: 104inc

Well, it's done. The United States of America is back on top of the world, taking over basketball supremacy by knocking off some of the top international teams, finalized with a victory over powerhouse Spain this past weekend in Beijing. While this feat was exhilarating to watch Mark Messier Canada Jersey , settling for anything less than a gold medal would have been downright embarassing with the team USA had. Going the distance and traveling thousands of miles to rock the hardwood were NBA's finest, including the likes of Lebron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Dwight Howard, not to mention Deron Williams Mario Lemieux Canada Jersey , MVP runner-up Chris Paul, Jason Kidd, Carlos Boozer, and...ummm, I think you get the hint. The team was ridiculously good. Playing textbook, unselfishly flawless basketball to bring back the gold. This was definitely a sight for sore eyes, and if you're a basketball nut like I am Marc-Edouard Vlasic Canada Jersey , you need to log on to 104basketball for all basketball needs, including where to buy tickets, sporting goods, and even to read related articles and check out a bunch of awesome stuff.

Now, Team USA may have rocked Beijing in easy fashion, but did they leave the impact that USA did back in 1992. That is the debate. Or is it? Not in this writer's eyes. Yes, this team had great talent Jonathan Toews Canada Jersey , but how can you compare this team with the likes of Larry Bird, Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, David Robinson, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing, Scottie Pippen John Tavares Canada Jersey , Clyde Drexler, Karl Malone, John Stockton, Chris Mullin, and Christian Laettner (most are Hall of Famers). Winning by an average of 40+ points per game, the 1992 Dream Team was just that, a dream team. This team was put together by the likes of a few "high-ups" in the NBA Joe Thornton Canada Jersey , starting out with the inevitable "wouldn't it be great if..."

Now, I bring up a question. Who is bringing up this debate, and why? Are they Laker fans who drool merely at the sight of Kobe Bryant, or are they today's youth that was too young to have seen The Dream Dominate dominate back in the early '90's? Whoever they are, they must still be jet-lagged from trying to rack up airline miles to and from Beijing.

Stay tuned for Part II next week, but in the meanwhile, for all that is basketball Jeff Carter Canada Jersey , log on to 104basketball today!

Hulk scores the opener for Shanghai SIPG against Urawa Red Diamonds during their AFC Champions League semifinal Jean Beliveau Canada Jersey , first-leg match at Shanghai Stadium on Wednesday night.
Shanghai SIPG was held to a 1-1 draw by J-League side Urawa Red Diamonds in the first leg of their AFC Champions League semifinal at Shanghai Stadium on Wednesday night.

Top scorer Hulk gave SIPG the lead with a cracker in the 15th minute before the visitors leveled in the first half itself and managed to maintain that score until the final whistle.

“We had 21 shots and a few chances to kill the match. The result was a bit disappointing,” SIPG manager Andre Villas-Boas said at the post-match press conference. “The second leg is completely open. Urawa has the advantage of an away goal, but I believe we can score in Japan, too, and cancel their advantage. We have a lot of work to do.”

The two sides already met twice in the ACL group stage wit. Cheap Jerseys   Cheap Retro Jerseys   Cheap Jerseys China Wholesale   Cheap Wholesale NHL Jerseys   Cheap NFL Jerseys Wholesale   Cheap Wholesale MLB Jerseys   Cheap Stitched NFL Jerseys   Wholesale Jerseys China   Wholesale Jerseys From China   Wholesale College Jerseys
